You may wonder as to why I am writing this letter after 3 months since the program was conducted. A training program provides directions, suggestions, a organized way in which to approach one’s profession. The conscious practice the trained team undertakes based on the inputs given takes a certain quantum of time to show the desired results envisaged before embarking on such a program. I have now used the time to really see and experience the results and effectiveness of the program.
I wish to expand on the areas of improvements which the team has demonstrated based on the inputs given during the program.
- Caller Script used by the recruitment- A rating of 9 on a scale of 10, conscious usage of the script developed during the program. Visibly demonstrated through results.
- Identified Gaps in the recruitment process- In depth Pre Screening of the prospective candidate- Analysis and Action- Translated into reduction of profiles REJECTED by the Technical Screeners- Rating of 8 on a scale of 10. Visibly demonstrated by the results we are seeing.
- A much more closer co ordination between the Business Development Team, Technical Screening Team leading to a much more effective cross functional communication leading to visibly demonstrated results- Rating of 7 on a scale of 10.
We are also pleased to record that this was one of the most effective programs we have done for the recruitment team. The hit ratio has improved which was the basic premise on embarking on such a program.
