The frontline and supervisors of Sree Annapoorna Sree Gowrishankar restaurant of Saibaba Colony Branch, Coimbatore were trained on essential skills with focus on customer service. The two day workshop where all aspects of QSR’s ( Quick service restaurant ) were covered to ensure customer delight. This was followed by a IRCC ( Inrestaurant Coaching and Consulting ) to guide the team members in implementing their learning.
