Her objective is to ensure that at the end of every session, the participants are confident of their ability to apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills. As a training enthusiast, she gets involved in every aspect of the Training process, from understanding training requirements to effective facilitation and post training evaluation. She adapts well to the shifting demands of various training assignments and is always open to suggestions and customization.

She has done her B.A. in Mass Communication & Journalism from Calcutta University and is fluent in English, Bengali and Hindi languages and have successfully conducted sessions for clients across various industries .
