Pawan is Learning & Development specialist with ability to handle strategic projects from conceptualization to delivery stage thereby impacting all critical business levers – people, processes, productivity and profitability.

Pawan is customer centric, process oriented professional capable of strategizing and executing key projects having substantial impact on key business vectors and enabling organization in their digitization journey.

Pawan in his current role, lends his expertise to clients by helping them improve the 4 P’s – people, processes, productivity and profitability which is key for the growth of any business. Pawan’s passion is to help businesses move up in process centricity thereby creating an overall impact on both internal & external customers.

Pawan currently titled as Associate Consultant at Maxires Training and Consulting Company, training and business consulting organization that has little over 150 corporates. In his over thirteen years of distinguished association with Max Group, Pawan spent ten years in Max life insurance – Agency channel having handled various portfolios right from handling office level training for all ranks of employees and associates to handling critical projects at PAN India level right from initiation to execution stage as part of Head office team and three plus years with Max Skill First, handling revenue channels like IMF, e-commerce and SPARC. Pawan as part of HO team launched – Digital journey program for all Agents & front end sales employees.

Agent training programs for Max life Insurance, critical for the survival of Agents and success of Agency channel Training Administration system & initiated a process of lead indicators for top management to take corrective measures. Pawan is certified as ‘Master trainer’ or ‘Expert’ by some august national and international forums like – Kinder Brothers International, Doors-Training & Consulting, British council division, The university of Auckland, New zealand, Erehwon, Max Life and Hutchison (now Vodafone) to conduct specific programs and workshops impacting behavior, mindsets and improving critical product, process and sales skills.



Pawan had been a member of core group responsible for ‘Digitization journey’ of entire agency channel – sales team, all roles and associates (agent advisors). He played a crucial role in handling of newly launched revenue channels and helped them establish to be in top 5 category in Industry – primarily ecommerce, IMF and SPARC (single point as revenue channel). Pawan was part of core strategic team to initiate Industry first concept of Mapping agents with L&D team for revenue impact. Held portfolios worth few hundred crores as revenue targets, primarily driven through training and enabling of various teams. In a record period of 3 months, Pawan implemented Training Administration System in 400 + offices having trained entire team on various processes involved. Initiated Hub & Spoke model in agency channel to rationalize cost and impact revenue.
