Worked in FMCG, Consumer Durable, Manufacturing, Educational sectors across all regions of India in reputed organizations like Godrej Consumer Products Ltd, Hindustan Unilever , Chettinad Group and in GCC for close to 3 years. Dorathy in her previous roles has worked with Unilever in FMCG, Consumer durable sectors – her contribution in the Pureit Division as Capability Building Manager in the national capacity has helped deliver many HR goals thus earning Unilever awards in various HR category. As Vice President for Chettinad Group (covering Cement, Builders, Logistics, Coal, Silica, Health City and other educational institutions across South India) had brought in not only cultural change but streamlined all HR Processes. Senior HR Resources and Business Heads were identified and inducted into the system. In the global sector, had got Tadeer Award twice for Kimoha Entrepreneurs, a highest recognition for HR processes.
Dorathy currently titled as Principal Consultant (OD and HR) at Maxires Training and Consulting Company, training and business consulting organization that has little over 250 corporates as its annual clients acquired in the last 125 months of operation. Will be focussing on developing HR teams in rolling out clear policies customized to the organizations she would be working with. Dorathy ‘s educational qualifications include B.Sc (Nutrition & Dietetics); M.A. (English literature ), PGDM (in Human Resource ) from All India Management Association, Delhi, along with certifications in Journalism, Dupont Safety and Thomas Profiling.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Dorathy has been a key member in launching Pureit Water device (500 crores in the third year) in the country ramping up the team from 20 sales force to 300 Sales force nationally including 25 area sales managers and senior sales executives within a record period of 3 months. Built a strong team of Feet onstreet which went up to 13000 nationally. Managed shared services for the FOS with 5 leading manpower agencies with a scorecard to drive the deliverables. Attrition was brought down from 50% per month to a 3% annual, resulting in multiple Unilever Awards.
