A six day session covering around 200 employees in 4 batches were conducted on 5th,6th,7th,8th,13th and 14th May
The session specifically maneuvered
around managing Stress and Anger as with hospitality industry its always about
dealing with various behavioral attributes of employees and guests . There are
many situations that the employees face day to day both at professional and personal level . The employees were given an awareness on various stages of Anger, how to curb and use Anger in
the positive way for growth, how it is interlinked with stress, causes
of stress and tips to deal with the same. Role play Videos and activities were also conducted
to help them practically understand and apply the same in their daily routine.
