A one day session was done for the Blue Collar Assistant on grooming& hygiene, ethics & values, creating social / corporate responsibility. The participants were taught on how this training would help the participants to move up the ladder/understand growth trajectory with the help of behavioral enhancement and progress in their career. At the end of the session the trainees were asked to do a presentation on the key learning’s and top 3 things they will implement in their work place.
