Prem Anand Prem is a senior hospitality professional with an overall experience of 25 years in the field of hospitality and BPO. Having worked with hotels including the Taj group of hotels and the GRT Hotels and Resorts for 15 years, carries a strong operational background streamlining and managing operations with proactive planning and introducing new concepts.

He has wide exposure in Food & Beverage , Banqueting, Sales & Marketing, Operational setup, Business planning, Strategy and Project and is proficient in leading diverse teams for running successful business operations and has experience of developing procedures and service standards for business excellence. He has the experience of working with large teams under competitive environments and improving the bottom line through continuous improvements.

Prem’s exposure to the preopening of hotels namely GRT Grand has honed his knowledge in various aspects from planning to execution and was instrumental in driving innovative promotions, menus and concepts thus making it a destination of choice. During his stint with GRT Grand, he was nominated by H&FS as the Banquet Manager of the year amongst some of the well-known 5 star and luxury brands, thus showcasing GRT Grand amongst other leading hotels for its F&B standards for the first time.

In his capacity as the Food and Beverage Manager at GRT Grand, he had the distinction of implementing effective CRM solutions with an aim to improve customer delight and consequently customer loyalty, thereby achieving repeat and referral business. Is a keen planner & strategist with track record of achieving revenue, profit & YOY business growth in start-up & highly competitive and rapid change environments.

 

With an added international experience of 10 years in BPO as Regional Head for South East Asia and in the Middle East for VFS GLOBAL an MNC headquartered at Switzerland, he has the strong capability to handle multi-cultural work force, change management and customer relations. During his tenure as the Regional head for Middle East, VFS had the honour of being awarded the DQAA ( Dubai Quality Appreciation Award ) from Sheikh Rashid Al Maktoum Deputy ruler of Dubai a privileged recognition for its quality systems.

He has undergone numerous leadership training programmes including Bullet proof Manager by Crestcom USA, Effective personal productivity by LMI, ISO 9001: 2001 & ISO 140001 and several leadership programmes including MDP and CLDP by Kuoni Switzerland, is also a certified internal auditor for quality systems.

Currently is the Director of Tattva learning solutions and Business Partner for Maxires Training and consulting, focused on skill building and improving people capabilities and productivity across various industries including Hotels, Resorts, and QSR’s.
